Scorpion Series Software Update

V1.14 includes bug fixes and improvements to your Scorpion Rework System. This update:

• Changes cycle advance delay from 10 seconds to 1 second
• Allows only alphanumeric, underscore and space characters for the filename
• Updates the logo and flash screen to DESCO INDUSTRIES INC.

V1.14 is available in the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Russian, Polish, Vietnamese

Installation Instructions:

1. Use the link below to download the latest software
2. Unzip the file and change its filename to UPDATE.img
3. Copy the UPDATE file to a USB flash drive with a memory capacity of 2GB or greater
4. Power OFF the Scorpion
5. Connect the USB flash drive to an available USB port on the Scorpion
6. Power ON the Scorpion
7. The Scorpion will automatically detect and install the new software
8. Disconnect the USB flash drive from the Scorpion when complete

Scarab Series Software Update

V37 includes bug fixes and improvements to your Scarab Rework System. This update:

• Adds new coply command to turn off the laser by deactivating the pin on coply board
• Changes pitch input from dropdown to input mode with a range 0-10
• Updates A/B/C-XY dropdown limit from 50 to 90 to easily program long components
• Updates GUI including the addition of "Warning: Laser Off!"
• Updates the island "m" and "n" dropdown to take into consideration new pitch type
• Adds round off (2 decimal places) to delay, pitch, CGX and CGY
• Adds "HOP" option to motor control GUI. If enabled, the head will hop onto next the segment. This may be useful during the operation with laser.

Installation Instructions:
